TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 23, 2014) - Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation (TSX:LW) ("Leisureworld") is pleased to announce that all of the nominees listed in its information circular dated April 16, 2014 were elected as directors of Leisureworld at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 21, 2014 (the "Meeting"). The results of the voting for each nominee are as follows:
